Information on QuoteWerks QuoteValet released

The QuoteWerks development and marketing teams at Aspire Technologies have been dripping out the information and providing the QuoteWerks Partner network with information on the new QuoteWerks QuoteValet feature for quite some time now. As QuoteWerks sales quoting Solution Partners, we’ve had the priviledge of seeing some ‘work-in-progress’ releases, but at the same time sworn to secrecy on marketing the new features.

So, what is QuoteWerks QuoteValet?

QuoteWerks QuoteValet is an online quote delivery and acceptance vehicle. The new feature provides QuoteWerks users the ability to send a customer a QuoteValet link which, when opened, populates the quote through a web browser where the customer can review (including the ability to select options) and/or accept the quote online. Once a client or potential customer opens the quote and/or accepts it, QuoteValet will automatically send an email notifying the QuoteWerks user that the quote has been viewed and/or accepted.

In short: QuoteWerks QuoteValet is going to deliver huge benefits to helping you close sales FAST.

So when can YOU see QuoteWerks QuoteValet?

During IT Nation 2010, QuoteWerks will unveil the new online quote delivery and acceptance vehicle, QuoteValet.

When will I be able to use QuoteWerks QuoteValet in my business?

Again, we don’t know! We want it now! (Beta or otherwise!) We recognise how the new QuoteWerks QuoteValet will bring even greater efficiencies to businesses quoting and quote conversion process, so can’t wait to get it implemented in our business. However, we have to be respectful of the QuoteWerks development team’s uncompromising attitude to producing absolute quality in the software that they release.
