Updates to the ConnectIt website, keeping you more informed
Firstly a telephone number to contact the ConnectIt support team… this particular little ‘hot potato’ has been thrown around since we first conceived the ConnectIt brand. Do we or don’t we give end users our direct contact details when trying to establish a partner reseller network??? The recent consensus has been that the lack of a contact telephone number to the author of the ConnectIt software has been undermining end users confidence that there’s ongoing support for the ConnectIt products and actually been losing partners (and us!) sales. End users are also missing out greatly on the time-saving benefits that the ConnectIt products can bring. We’ve also heard of a couple of prospective ConnectIt software end users that have gone to great expense to develop the solutions we provide in-house rather than buy from a supplier that they can’t speak to!?
Secondly we’ve made it easier for partner resellers to register leads with us. We absolutely want to maintain the integrity of the partner network to ensure that all ConnectIt resellers get the commissions that they are due from the sales that they generate from introducing our products to their clients.
ConnectIT website visitors and end user clients have also requested greater visibility of enhancements that are being developed or being considered for development – the ConnectIt development roadmap. The information has always been available in the ConnectIt partner support area, but with the ConnectIt development happening so fast (and that’s certainly the case at the moment!) resellers simply haven’t had the time to log in and update their clients. We’ve now opened up the partner area to all, plus we’re going to more pro-actively schedule emails to partners to forward on to their clients going forward to keep you all better informed.
