Feedback and action from ConnectIt Software development

We’ve taken on board your feedback over the years on the growing collection of integration solutions that make up the ConnectIt Software suite

  • Can ConnectIt transfer more than one document at one time?
  • Have you got a solution which integrates with flat file, Access, SQL Server or a.n.other database I use?
  • I have suppliers that send orders through in a spreadsheet format; can ConnectIt be configured for that?
  • Can ConnectIt split out parts of the Order into separate Line Items on the Order?
  • Can ConnectIt just transfer the information automatically?
  • Can we have a ‘white label’ version that we can resell branded as our own?

… and now delivered in the shape of the ConnectIt Professional integration solution product! 🙂

Candidly: we think that the results are pretty good!!! 😉 And the feedback we’ve received from early adopters has been overwhelmingly positive!

We ourselves are just unravelling all of the different scenarios that the software can now cater for, but to help understand, here are some of the scenarios we’re solved:

  • QuoteWerks or Sage software users that have a multitude of regular orders / invoices that they need to create each month for various contract-based payments.
  • Businesses that have bespoke Access, SQL Server or other ODBC compliant data source based systems which they’d like to link into their Sage (or other) accounting package.
  • Businesses that have several disconnected systems and want one package from one supplier that they can install and maintain, not several, to connect them up.
  • Users of back office software that work for a company with an online enquiry or order solution that processes the total order value differently to the way that they represent it on their system.
  • Businesses that have online enquiry and order portals that process 100’s of enquiries a day and just want these to be fed into back office systems for the administrators to process.
