ConnectIt-Workflow: RFQ module for QuoteWerks

Today sees the release of a first beta of an extra module for the ConnectIt-Workflow product which allows the user to create ‘RFQ’ (Request For Quote) documents to send out to multiple Vendors.

If you commonly ask Vendors to tender their latest prices for an order that you need to fulfil, then this additional module will save you considerable time and effort in creating a document to send for the request. This additional module allows the QuoteWerks users to select which of the Line Items on their document they would like to create an RFQ for and which Vendors that they would like to send the RFQ to. Additional lines are then automatically created on the QuoteWerks document with the appropriate Vendor name to then use QuoteWerks standard print functionality to email or print the RFQ documents.
