Support

We provide support services by telephone, email and using remote screensharing technology to resolve issues and also to help you understand new features, perform less common tasks such as setting up a new User or making changes to the setup of the software, or update your software installation to the latest version.

When you are experiencing problems, we’ll use our extensive real-world know-how and databases of historic issues to quickly identify the problem and provide you with a resolution. When appropriate, we can also provide support via screen-sharing so that you can demonstrate the issue, we can illustrate a particular technique or perhaps even take control in order to make any changes required on your behalf.

Support is billed as block pre-purchased hours or as a pay-as-you-go type approach.
