We use “virtual” server and PC technology for testing to replicate your working environment to try to identify environmental issue before the software in installed in your offices.

We use several key techniques to make sure that the software is delivered “fit for use”:

• Functional – does it do what it’s supposed to?

• Regression – ensuring that new features haven’t caused issues elsewhere

• Performance – does it produce the results you want in the time you want?

• Integration – does it work with your existing systems?

• UAT – User Acceptance Testing – your chance to have a go!

Depending on the size of the solution we are delivering for you, deployment can take a few hours or it may be a few days. Our commited implementation team are flexible and understand the need for a business to minimise any system down-time that might be involved.

If circumstances dictate then we can work evenings or weekends to work around your normal business hours and ensure that disruption is minimised.

As part of the deployment exercise, we will firstly plan and prioritise the process before install the software, migrate your legacy data and finally walking you through exactly what has taken place.

When migrating legacy data, initially integrating your software systems can identify problems with, for example, unmatched client details and contact names in the different data sources. With our data cleansing services, we can help not only bring these unmatched data sources together, but also help you identify the most up to date piece of information to ensure that your records are as up to date as possible.

training

We know that there’s no one defined way to train, so we’ll work with you to design suitable courses for your users. Whether it’s technical training, user training (from any level), train the trainer or just some User Guides you need.

For formal half and full-day training sessions we are flexible on where training takes place - courses can take place at your offices or we can arrange offisite facilities to avoid distractions. Alternatively if all you need is a quick refresher on a specific area of the software or if it is difficult for you to dedicate a half or full day due to a busy schedule then we can arrange an online course using gotomeeting. All you will need is a mobile or land line telephone and access to the internet at your PC.
