ConnectIt-Workflow Document Open Utility

ConnectIt-Workflow QuoteWerks Document Open Utility enhances QuoteWerks ‘out the box’ Document search features by allowing the user to search documents based on the contents of any field.

ConnectIt-Workflow QuoteWerks Document Open Utility can be set up for each individual user, so that you can search field(s) that are important to you and see the results displayed the way you want.

ConnectIt-Workflow Document Split Module

ConnectIt-Workflow QuoteWerks Document Split Module allows the QuoteWerks user to partially convert a quote or order for partial-ordering or partial-invoicing purposes.

ConnectIt-Workflow QuoteWerks Document Split Module tracks the originally quoted/ordered quantity against the quantities appended to partial orders/invoices. One or more QuoteWerks documents can be created from the original immediately or over time.

  • Allows the user to set whether the total quantity from the QuoteWerks Document Line Item is allocated to the new Document, or just part.
  • Tracks what Quantity of the QuoteWerks Document Line Items have already been allocated and prompts the user if they over-allocate.
  • Copies all information from the QuoteWerks Document Line Item - Part Number, Description, Cost Price, Selling Price, Vendor, Custom Text field values, etc.

ConnectIt-Workflow QuoteWerks Request For Quote (RFQ) Module manages the process of sending Request For Quote (RFQ) documents to one (or a number of) Vendors to get their prices for supplying goods and services.

For goods and servies that you haven’t sourced for some time, ConnectIt-Workflow QuoteWerks Request For Quote (RFQ) Module speeds up your ability to request prices.

When Vendors return their prices, enter the values into the QuoteWerks Document and have the ability to compare quantities and prices to get the best price for you and your client.

ConnectIt-Workflow QuoteWerks Validation Module

ConnectIt-Workflow Validation module manages entries on a QuoteWerks document to ensure that the QuoteWerks user has entered all the required information at each step of document creation (Quote, Order and Invoice).

ConnectIt-Workflow validates that the QuoteWerks user has entered required values into particular fields before the user is allowed to print, save, convert or email a document.

When an error is detected, then depending on the level of that error, the user is either prompted and asked to correct the problem before they are allowed to continue, or they are just warned about the problem(s).
