Prompted by some of the comments and discussion in the article about software development add-ons, and during an internal brainstorming session as to how we can improve our ConnectIT software development services, we started a couple of lists on how to be a better software author. The ConnectIT software development team now have a plan in place for the next major release on the ConnectIT QuoteWerks to Sage MAS90 and MAS200 ERP link. With the new API features in the v4.4 release, the software will now be able to create Purchase Orders and Products in Sage which will give the ConnectIT product the functionality footprint which the team had originally envisaged. Friday, April 2nd, 2010Having read some of the rumours, speculations and stories around the recent Sage MAS 90/200 ERP v4.4 release since… well for over 18 months in total I guess, the Hilltops IT ConnectIT software development had been ‘looking forward’ to receiving the copy of the Sage MAS software with some trepidation. Following the Sage MAS formal production release, it also took us some time to get our development copy (thanks to the pro-active member of the US Sage MAS team there for seeing our LinkedIn post that got it dispatched the next day!) and so the anticipation rose.
