If ACT! is new to your business, you have taken on a new member of staff who needs training or an experienced user looking to get more out of your investment, we have a training package for you.

Courses take place at your offices and are conducted by a qualified ACT! trainer. Typically introductory and advanced courses are 3 - 3.5 hours, administrator courses are typically delivered in 2 x 3 - 3.5 hour sessions (one morning, one afternoon), depending on your requirements. We adopt a "learn by doing" approach so that you can gain valuable experience using the software while training.

Once you have got ACT! installed and learnt a little bit about its features you will start to understand the potential it can have in your business (and ultimately on your company's bottom line!). But do you have the time to learn every detail to ensure it is working most efficiently for you?

Hilltops IT can help shortcut this process by providing implementation consultancy services; we will understand your business requirements and quickly be able to configure ACT! to work best for your business. Depending on how much you would like to do "in house", we will work with your "software champion" to identify the parts of ACT! most appropriate to your ways of working.

online training and support

Use our state-of-the-art online training facilities to get one-to-one training and support at your convenience. Our online training and support is designed to provide you with individual training and support to focus on pieces of functionality specific to your role within the company. Whether it is a quick one-to-one 30 minute helper session you need on a particular area, an overview session on the latest features or more comprehensive training on areas of the ACT! software, we can provide a service which suits your requirements.

Prices for online training and support start from just £1.25/minute (minimum 30 minutes) and sessions can be specifically tailored to target your areas of interest. layout authoring

Get the standard ACT! layouts and dashboards customised to your business' requirements and the report and email templates branded to your corporate image. Save your time modifying each of the report's logo, fonts and colourisations by getting us to do it for you!

If you want something a bit different and for more advanced document requirements, then we can draw on years of experience of setting up ACT! systems and authoring ACT! layouts to tell you firstly if it is possible(!), secondly what the best way is to go about it and finally we can deliver the requirements quickly and cost-effectively, saving you time for other things.
